<p>我不清楚国内怎么样，但是国外的儿童网红真不少。最有名的 Ryan 还当过几年最赚钱的 YouTuber 榜首，这个赛道远比我们想象的值钱。</p>
<p>不过很意外的是，Pink Fox 唱的 Baby Shark，这个洗脑了无数带娃家长的歌曲，居然没有赚到很多钱。</p>
<p>儿童网红其实算「童工」的一类，只是这个行业太新了，法律还未跟进。上个世纪有个很有名的儿童演员，叫 Jackie Coogan，他和卓别林一起工作过，赚的钱不能说多，只能说是特别多。但是在他成年后，他才发现他赚的钱全都没了 —— 被父母用完了。加州因为他，通过了 Coogan Law，也就是保护儿童演员的一个法律，<strong>所赚的 15% 必须存入信托基金，待儿童演员成年后才可以取出</strong>。</p>
<p>对于儿童网红而言，问题会更麻烦一些。多数的儿童网红都是播和玩具有关的。父母录制孩子们玩玩具的视频到网上，你要如何分辨哪个是儿童网红，哪个是单纯地记录小孩在玩？并且 Coogan Law 要求儿童必须有一个雇主，对于儿童网红而言，他们的雇主又是谁？父母吗？就算有和平台签约的频道，那么没有签约的频道怎么办呢？</p>
<p>让儿童工作的弊端有很多，我就不详细说明了。我认为儿童就应该有一个儿童的生活，简单来说便是要有一个童年。童年对人类的重要性实在是不言而喻。</p>
<p>就算工作是玩，但是工作就是工作，许多成年人的工作尽管是和兴趣有关，也难免会讨厌自己的工作，这对儿童来说也一样。更不用提当要玩的玩具里出现了赞助商，一旦和钱、公司有了关系，很多事情都会变得不纯粹。</p>
<p>比如虚假背书，强迫孩子们去推广自己讨厌的玩具。这不仅仅是工作，对孩子们而言也是一种情感剥削，迫使他们在幼年就学会隐藏真实感受。</p>
<p>我在演讲中引用了一个研究，总计采访 19 个儿童网红频道。其中一些对话令我印象深刻：孩子们都说自己录制节目很有趣，父母没有剥削自己。但聊得越来越深入时，孩子们便开始抱怨父母经常在一些事情上管这儿管那儿。例如一个孩子的母亲会强迫他对着镜子练习笑容。</p>
<p>互联网也是残酷的，没有孩子们想象的那样淳朴。今天拍下的觉得有趣的视频，很有可能在未来以全然不同的形式反噬自己。</p>
<p>法国在 2020 年赋予了孩子无需父母同意即可删除自己视频的权利。我认为和互联网相关的法律都应该像这样被推进。大多数人都是互联网的消费者，并且在互联网上花费的时间愈来愈多，也应该让互联网变得安全。不过互联网变安全的代价，自然就是不再自由。</p>
<p>只是对于孩子来说，<strong>他们从来没有过选择「不自由」或者「被保护」的权利</strong>，他们是被父母推向这个「自由但危险」的领域的。</p>
<p>而孩子这个身份，又会不约而同地吸引一群可怕的掠食者 —— 结果几乎所有受访的博主父母都接触过恋童癖的信息。当然，没有说这都是频道的错 —— 恶意确实不该存在，但它现在就在那里。作为孩子唯一的防线，父母却亲手将监护权让位于经营权，悲剧便成了一个概率问题。</p>
