fork: 定制修改 + 敏感数据清理

- agent 名改为「澜」，prompt 从外部文件加载
- 添加中文 i18n (I18N/zh/)
- docker-compose: 添加 healthcheck、移除 fastapi 服务
- bot/main.py: 添加 UnknownIntent 错误处理
- config.py → config.py.example，排除私人配置
- prompts/*.txt 排除，提供 .sample 模板
- .env.example 格式优化
